🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Manufacturing Industry)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sales operations and key client accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and ensure deal closures
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and negotiations
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the stainless steel fittings and flanges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
