Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Umargam for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, tracking sales performance metrics, negotiating contracts, and liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in developing and managing client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying business growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targeted results
- Understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly stainless steel fittings, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and effectively manage day-to-day sales activities
