Organization Context
Lusso Designs is a premium automobile customization brand offering bespoke interior and exterior solutions that enhance vehicle appeal, customer experience, and dealership profitability. The Sales Lead – West Zone will be an integral and core member of the Sales function, driving revenue, improving cash flow, and enabling dealerships to liquidate slow-moving inventory—especially least-selling base models—by converting them into profitable customized offerings.
Job Objective
To drive sales and cash flow across the West Zone of Maharashtra by engaging directly with Dealer Principals and senior dealership leadership, positioning Lusso Designs’ car customization solutions as a strategic tool to liquidate base-model inventory, increase dealer margins, and accelerate revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as an integral part of the Sales team, owning regional revenue, cash flow, and execution outcomes.
· Drive sales of Lusso Designs’ car customization solutions through authorized dealerships.
· Engage directly with Dealer Principals and senior dealership leadership.
· Enable liquidation of least-selling base models through customization-led sales strategies.
· Improve cash flow through faster billing, collections, and inventory rotation.
· Identify and onboard new dealership partners across West Zone Maharashtra.
· Collaborate with internal Design, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams.
