We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager (Individual Contributor Role) for a fast-growing UK-headquartered freight forwarding company launching its Mumbai operations.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of hardcore Freight Forwarding Sales / Business Development experience.
- Proven experience in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Import & Export (EXIM) sales.
- Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Well-connected within the logistics, freight forwarding, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, engineering, retail, and related industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build business from the ground up.
