Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and preparing sales reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in sales strategy, client acquisition, and lead generation
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Team management, leadership, and motivational capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance analysis
- Understanding of digital lending or financial services markets
- Ability to manage priorities, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or financial services is highly preferred
