As we enter a renewed growth phase with strengthened global partnerships, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead strategic revenue development and key account expansion across India.
🧭 The Opportunity
This role is designed for a commercially mature experienced professional who understands industrial sales cycles, stakeholder mapping, and long-term account development.
You will not be “executing visits” you will be driving territory strategy, managing institutional relationships, and contributing directly to revenue scale-up.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across assigned territories and product lines.
- Develop and execute structured market penetration strategies for capital equipment solutions.
- Manage senior technical and commercial stakeholder relationships within paper mills and industrial groups.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value, long-cycle deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined reporting.
- Collaborate with international principals and internal leadership on opportunity strategy.
- Lead and manage Sales Executives and Assistants, ensuring performance, accountability, and capability development.
🎓Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales.
- Demonstrated success in handling complex, high-value transactions.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and multi-layer stakeholder structures.
- Commercially astute, structured in approach, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English required).
- Engineering exposure is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong industrial sales experience.
