Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting performance targets. They will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, oversee sales strategies, and provide reports and insights to the management team. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences and uphold the company’s prestigious brand image.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, with skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and networking
- Team leadership and management skills, including mentoring and motivating team members
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the luxury transportation or hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools
- Strong organizational abilities and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sustainability-focused business initiatives is a plus
