Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Ernakulam. The Sales Manager will lead and oversee sales operations, drive strategic business growth, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure the effective promotion of Lifemed Technologies’ medical and surgical devices. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, mentoring the sales team, preparing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Team Leadership
- Knowledge and experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry
- Ability to develop and implement Strategic Sales Plans and Achieve Sales Targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- MBA or equivalent qualifications in Sales/Marketing will be a plus
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
