Role Objective:
Drive new logo acquisition in enterprise markets, pan India / West or North regions
Pure outbound, new-business roles focused on identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise prospects for our client's SaaS and AI / Automation platforms.
Location: Mumbai, Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts in the assigned territory
• Run outbound campaigns - cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referral and event-led generation
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Engage CFOs, CIOs, VP Finance, and Procurement Heads as primary buying personas
• Coordinate with pre-sales for technical POCs and product demonstrations
• Meet quarterly new logo targets and pipeline coverage ratios
Must-Have Profile
• 4–8 years in enterprise B2B tech sales - SaaS, ERP, SCM or automation
• Demonstrated new business wins (hunter mindset - not account maintenance)
• Comfortable running 3 – 6 months enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buys
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident engaging senior buyers
• Regional market familiarity in respective location (Delhi/NCR or Mumbai)
Good to Have
• Prior experience with Finance, Procurement, or Real Estate / Construction technology products
• Knowledge of SAP ecosystem or ERP-adjacent solution selling
• CRM proficiency: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
