Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chittorgarh for a Sales Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining client relationships to drive business, and identifying new market opportunities. The role involves frequent collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends, analyze data, and generate reports to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and market analysis
- Ability to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets
- Experience in hospitality or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Customer-focused mindset with an ability to provide creative solutions and exceptional service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Flexible and adaptable to operate effectively in dynamic environments
