Role Overview: We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations for plotted developments in Vrindavan. The role requires strong expertise in Channel Partner (CP) management, direct sales, and high-ticket closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage channel partner network to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for plotted developments
- Drive revenue through direct sales and CP-driven sales channels
- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and performance tracking of CPs
- Build and maintain a strong investor and HNI client pipeline
- Handle and convert high-quality leads from marketing campaigns
- Deliver compelling project presentations and site visit conversions
- Manage corporate clients, investors, and NRI prospects
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions effectively
- Monitor market trends and gather real estate intelligence
- Ensure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and revenue generation
- Take ownership of monthly & quarterly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in real estate sales (Plots & Apartment Preferred)
- Expertise in Channel Partner handling & network building
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Strong communication & presentation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience:
- 3-5 Years in Real Estate Sales
- Experience in Plotted Development & Residential Apartment
