Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the UAV, robotics, and GIS markets. Key tasks include creating and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Growth
- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Collaboration
- Experience in analyzing Market Trends and preparing comprehensive Sales Reports
- Understanding of UAV technology, GIS solutions, and custom software offerings is preferred
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with technical markets, particularly drones and robotics, is highly desirable
