Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur, responsible for driving fuel sales and expanding customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing sales targets and performance metrics. The role involves supervising sales staff, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction at the fuel station. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with operations to align service quality with customer expectations. This position also requires adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies while maintaining a professional and service-oriented environment.
