Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Krishgen Pudgala LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align sales strategies with production and R&D capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of diagnostic devices, assays, molecular biology, or related technologies is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certification in sales/management is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
