Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gandhinagar. As a Sales Manager, you will lead and supervise the sales team, manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, negotiation, and contract management
- Experience in analyzing market trends and generating actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly desirable
