Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager, located in MP jabalpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales to meet business goals, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of individual and team targets. Key tasks include client acquisition, relationship management, market analysis to identify growth opportunities, and coordinating sales efforts with other departments. The position also involves training and mentoring team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Loan.
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention.
- Leadership and Team Management skills to mentor and motivate teams effectively.
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis expertise for identifying new opportunities and developing sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation.
- Knowledge of financial products and banking services is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with adaptability and resilience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
