Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Kotak Mahindra Bank located in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day banking operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing world-class customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with financial products, adhering to industry regulations and company policies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve set business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to address client needs and resolve banking issues.
- Basic knowledge of Banking and Financial Services, including industry practices and regulations.
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills to foster effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- An understanding of the Indian financial market and related products is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
