Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to drive sales through the agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Develop and manage a productive agency network
Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets
Drive business through the agency channel
Ensure advisors meet performance and compliance standards
Conduct regular meetings and field visits with advisors
Build strong relationships and provide ongoing guidance.
Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
0–3 years of experience in sales (freshers can apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good networking and relationship-building ability
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
