Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Hubli. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and partners, identifying opportunities for business growth, and formulating strategies for market expansion. The Sales Manager will also conduct market analysis, oversee sales operations, and provide training and support to enhance dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business growth, and business development expertise
- Proficiency in market analysis and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the construction or heavy machinery industry is a plus
- Ability to lead, train, and manage dealer networks effectively
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required to support sales operations
