Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and cultivating long-term client relationships. Responsibilities will include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and generating new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategy development and execution, and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills, client management capabilities, and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional analytical skills for monitoring market trends and developing effective sales tactics.
- Solid understanding of the fintech industry and emerging technologies is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added benefit.
