Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, develop and execute sales strategies, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires coordination with various teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
- Proficient in Sales Management and Team Leadership
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the real estate industry
