Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Primary responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, leading client presentations, creating sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Production to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
- Experience with Account Management, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
- Understanding of the Packaging and Printing Industry or similar B2B manufacturing sectors
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis for sales reporting
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
