Hiring: Sales Manager – Pesticides & Fertilizers
Company: Khushhal Rasayan (P) Ltd. Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Pesticides & Fertilizers industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand B2B sales of agrochemical products across India.
- Identify and acquire new institutional customers, formulators, pesticide and fertilizer manufacturers, and bulk buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Generate inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Develop and expand the sales network across assigned territories.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience in agrochemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, or specialty chemicals.
- Strong network with pesticide and fertilizer manufacturers, formulators, and distributors.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
