Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and engage with clients to enhance business relations. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, managing a sales team, and participating in market research. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management and client relationship management
- Excellent skills in Strategic Planning and Market Research
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of the fire safety or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
