Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering engaging sales pitches, negotiating contracts, coordinating with technical teams to understand service offerings, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires regular market analysis to identify trends and strategize growth opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service to promote client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure a seamless alignment between sales efforts and company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Meeting Sales Targets
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of the testing and calibration industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, reporting solutions, and basic office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for effective sales growth
- Prior experience in sales within a laboratory, engineering, or technical services domain is preferred
