Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will also involve preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy development and execution, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve organizational goals
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Experience in eCommerce and/or healthcare domain will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
