We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to grow our university/institutional business by selling our live courses directly to universities, colleges, and academic institutions across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of Just Learn’s live courses to universities, colleges, and institutions in Delhi NCR.
- Build and maintain strong institutional relationships with decision-makers (Principals, HODs, Training & Placement Heads).
- Achieve monthly revenue target of ₹80 Lakhs by selling our live course offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B EdTech or institutional sales.
- Direct connect with HODs, Principals. etc
- Demonstrated track record of generating consistent monthly revenue and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage with senior academic stakeholders.
- Comfortable with field sales and institutional outreach across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram).
₹35,000 monthly base salary
