Sales Manager / Sales Executive – Channel Sales (Solar & Energy Solutions)
Locations: Noida, Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Jammu & North India Markets
Territory Coverage: Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Chandigarh, Rajasthan
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Sunday Off)
Role Type: Field-Based (Distributor & Channel Partner Engagement)
Compensation:
- Sales Manager – Up to ₹12 LPA
- Sales Executive – Up to ₹6.5 LPA
About the Role
We are hiring experienced sales professionals to drive regional expansion through channel development, distributor engagement, and B2B field sales within the renewable energy sector.
This role focuses on building strong distributor ecosystems, generating qualified opportunities, and accelerating revenue growth across North India markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand channel partner and distributor networks across assigned territories
- Drive lead generation through field sales, industrial visits, and market outreach
- Conduct distributor meetings, dealer onboarding, and relationship management
- Identify new regional business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Generate and convert B2B opportunities through direct engagement
- Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams for solution alignment
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures
- Maintain ongoing distributor engagement to ensure consistent business flow
- Monitor competitor activities and regional market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Experience
- Proven experience in Channel Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development
- Background in Solar, EPC, Electrical, Energy, Industrial Products, or similar B2B industries preferred
- Strong distributor and partner management experience
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground client interaction
- Freshers are not eligible
