About Jiva Water
Jiva Water Farm Devices are scientifically engineered, inline water-conditioning systems installed in irrigation pipelines to improve how water behaves in soil.
Our technology works at the physical level of water movement, improving:
· Soil moisture retention
· Nutrient availability and uptake
· Root-zone aeration and microbial activity
· Crop yield and produce quality
The devices require no electricity, no chemicals, and no moving parts, and are deployed across farms and agricultural systems to improve irrigation efficiency and soil performance.
We are expanding our regional presence in Coimbatore and Nilgiris and are looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth across agricultural and related markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Promote and sell Jiva Water Farm Devices to agricultural customers, plantations, dealers, and local agri networks
· Identify potential customers and generate new leads across Coimbatore and Nilgiris districts
· Conduct field demonstrations and clearly explain the agronomic and irrigation benefits of Jiva Water technology
· Engage farmers, agri influencers, dealers, and local distribution partners
· Participate in farmer meetings, exhibitions, and awareness campaigns
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Collect field feedback, crop performance observations, and competitor insights
· Coordinate with internal teams for installation, post-sales support, and customer follow-ups
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
· 6–7 years of field sales experience in irrigation, agri-inputs, water solutions, agri-tech, or related sectors
· Strong communication and persuasion skills in Tamil and English
· Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple, farmer-friendly language
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
· Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
· Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
