Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, build relationships with jewellery retailers, identify market trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing sales plans, negotiating deals, analyzing market data, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and grow the company's revenue. The ideal candidate will also mentor and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and building long-term client relationships
- Experience creating and executing Sales Strategies and analyzing Market Trends
- Skills in Negotiation, Client Communication, and Conflict Resolution
- Competency in Team Management, Coaching, and Leadership
- Should have experience in Team Handling.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems and other sales management tools
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local languages
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in the jewellery or e-commerce industry is needed.
- Adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
