Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Rohtak, with the option to work remotely on occasion. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and staying updated with market trends to develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development.
- Experience in CNC or Machine Tools industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial machinery sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
