We're Hiring at Foot Foundry, Bangalore!
Foot Foundry is Jayanagar's newest curated destination for streetwear and footwear and we're looking for someone who's equal parts sales-driven and content-savvy to join our core team.
Role: Sales & Content Associate
This is not your average retail job. We're looking for someone who can own the floor AND the feed.
What You'll Do:
• Drive sales by assisting customers and delivering an on-brand in-store experience
• Create engaging content for our Instagram and other social platforms (reels, stories, product shoots)
• Style and present products in a way that connects with our audience
• Stay on top of streetwear trends, drops, and culture to keep our content relevant
• Support day-to-day store operations
What We're Looking For:
• A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, and fashion culture
• Comfortable in front of (and behind) a camera
• Some experience with content creation, reels, or social media management is a plus but freshers with the right energy are welcome
• Sales instinct and great people skills
• Based in Bangalore, available full-time
