Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, engaging with potential clients, and negotiating agreements to close deals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be tasked with monitoring sales performance and developing strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with proven experience in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, negotiation, and strategic planning to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities
- Experience in leading a sales team and driving team success
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial position in a sales role is an advantage
- Familiarity with business performance tracking tools or CRM systems is a plus
