Salary range is (NET (not GROSS) Per Month): USD 1350 + Incentives on per unit sold, after probation. During Probation: USD 1100 + Incentives

SRI SAR Motors, the exclusive Isuzu vehicle Dealer in Rwanda, is in search of a dedicated individual to enhance sales efforts, targeting 100 units annually in the first year and 150 units annually in the second year. Isuzu enjoys considerable market preference in Rwanda due to its suitability for local terrain and high demand in Kigali. The country of Rwanda is absolutely stunning and safe; the legal system and institutions are strong.
We seek an applicant capable of adeptly managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, with proficiency in both backend operations and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team leadership and overseeing daily operations within the Dealership. Key responsibilities will include ensuring consistent high-performance from sales executives and driving revenue growth via implementing innovative sales initiatives.
Pre-requisites:
● At least two years experience in sales to institutional Customers
● Strong written and oral command in English is critical
● Mature, clear-minded, determined, seasoned individual
● The ability to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate sound judgment
● Excellent with Google Sheets, drive, Docs. Decent understanding of Claude and Gemini.
Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Increase sales of Isuzu commercial vehicles across various categories. Boost brand recognition for SAR Motors. Organize sales and marketing activities, including planning, execution, coordination, rectification, and assigning duties; product launches, customer interactions, events. Determine strategies and techniques to enhance sales; Generate leads and map target customer groups.
- Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a team of Sales Executives. Ensure a harmonious and motivated team environment; Set and exceed sales targets.Lead by example and provide guidance to subordinates.
- Operations: Maintain necessary data and records. Utilize software to track leads and analyze customer profiles. Handle customer complaints and propose solutions. Proficiency in administrative tasks. Comfortable with budgeting, revenue analysis, and forecasting. Knowledgeable about tendering processes.
- Financial and Administrative Oversight: Provide daily reports on field sales success and customer feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction and liaise with banks for customer loans.
Qualifications:
● Education: MBA, BE, LLB, BTech / Engineering
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience required.
● Familiarity with vehicles; previous dealership experience is advantageous.
● Strong background in management and customer service.
