Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our automotive accessories sales in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, dealer network experience, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks across India..
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve performance.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive accessories or auto parts sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage dealers and distributors.
• Result-oriented with leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting will be preferred.
