Key Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing of Prime LAP cases through the DSA channel network.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in the LAP segment.
- Evaluate customer profiles and coordinate with credit and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure quality sourcing with a focus on prime customer profiles and portfolio health.
- Conduct regular market visits and DSA engagement activities to increase sourcing productivity.
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers, DSAs, legal, technical, and operations teams for faster disbursement.
- Monitor competition activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
- Prepare and share MIS, pipeline updates, and business performance reports with management.
