Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing a team, tracking sales performance, leading negotiations, and contributing to market expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Leadership and team management experience in a sales-driven environment
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities
- Familiarity with the agricultural or feed industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tracking tools
- Ability to work on-site in Andhra Pradesh, India
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
