About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding and the ability to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to acquire new business.
- Provide technical and sales support to clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to showcase products and services.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate and manage sales projects to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
