About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts in the steel fabrication domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of fabrication processes, mechanical drawings, and OEM supply chains, combined with proven sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for steel fabrication products and services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and industrial clients
- Understand and interpret mechanical drawings to support client requirements
- Prepare costing sheets and quotations for fabricated products
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to order closure
- Maintain regular client communication and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, procurement) for project execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in steel fabrication or engineering industry
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and OEM supply
- Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
- Experience in cost estimation and pricing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
