Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Aurangabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying new market opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing sales targets, overseeing contracts, coordinating with the execution team, and preparing regular sales reports. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Understanding of Renewable Energy, specifically Solar PV technology, market trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Team Leadership and Coordination skills to manage a sales team and collaborate with various departments
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking to identify opportunities and develop actionable sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly desirable
- Willingness to work on-site in Aurangabad
