Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in this full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building lasting relationships with clients and intermediaries, managing a high-performing sales team, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. The Sales Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, track market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Expertise in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Networking with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of insurance products, specifically general insurance policies, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and maintain a focus on local market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
