Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Duties include building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, managing a team of sales professionals, and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Team management and leadership experience
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools
- Knowledge of general insurance products and services is advantageous
- Ability to develop strategic plans and manage client relationships effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
