Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading and motivating a sales team, managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and preparing performance reports. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Effective team leadership and management skills, including training and motivating sales teams.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software to manage sales pipelines and client engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and effectively handle challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage.
