Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving business development, and managing client relationships. The role includes identifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating products, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will also coordinate with the technical team to provide customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.
As a Sales Manager, you will work with clients in the Electrical, Industrial Products, Power, Construction Materials, and Infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus
