Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The role involves developing new DSAs and implementing sales strategies, nurturing partnerships, conducting market research, to generate business.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales skills, including lead generation, closing deals, relationship building, and strategic account management.
- Proficiency in market research and developing effective sales strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the financial services sector, especially in personal loans and SENP loans.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree is must.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same industry.
