Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and tracking sales performance. The role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients, collaborating with the design and production teams, and ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong relationship-building, Client Engagement, and Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills for Monitoring Market Trends and Managing Sales Metrics
- Problem-solving and Time Management skills to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery
- Familiarity with the furniture or interior design industry is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
