Role Description
We are currently hiring for multiple Sales Manager positions across key cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. These are full-time, on-site roles. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales operations, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, providing market insights, and coordinating with other teams to enhance client partnerships. As a key leader, the Sales Manager will also play a role in mentoring sales team members and ensuring team success.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales, business development, and account management in B2B environments
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and strategies for client engagement
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare, medical, or fitness industries is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Motivation to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s current profile, experience, and qualifications. The expected budget for this role ranges between ₹6–10 LPA.
