Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Agra. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet established sales targets. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relations, and identifying new business opportunities in the housing finance sector. The role also involves performance monitoring, team training, and promoting IIFL’s sustainable and affordable housing solutions to potential customers.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to meet sales targets
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in the housing finance sector or similar domains is preferred
- Knowledge of digital tools and paperless processes in finance
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and creating actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive attitude toward promoting sustainable and affordable housing initiatives
