Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports on sales performance. Additionally, the role involves providing exemplary customer service and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in building client relationships and managing customer satisfaction
- Leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a sales team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of market analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
