Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Manager role based in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will drive sales strategies, build and manage relationships with clients, and oversee the end-to-end sales process to achieve revenue targets. The individual will lead a team, conduct market analyses, identify opportunities, prepare sales pitches, and ensure client satisfaction. The role also includes reporting sales performance and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solar energy solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Strategy
- Client Relationship Management, Market Analysis, and Customer Engagement experience
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Team Leadership and Training experience
- Background in Renewable Energy or Solar Solutions is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel as needed
